Live In Lodge joins Hospitality Lodging Systems

Hospitality Lodging Systems (HLS) has become the exclusive franchise and management firm for the Live In Lodge extended-stay brand based on a long-term licensing agreement with S & S Hospitality. Both companies are based in Atlanta.
As part of the deal, HLS assumes management responsibility for seven existing Live In Lodge properties, all located in Georgia and featuring a total of 992 rooms.
"Our goal is to redefine affordable extended-stay lodging without compromising quality," said Shahid Khan, who founded the brand in 2017. "This partnership with HLS presents us with the proven personnel, infrastructure and programs that can immediately expand our geographic reach as well as profit levels for both our owners and our company."
The existing HLS portfolio features 69 hotels in three upper-economy, limited-service brands with 35 Budgetel properties, 25 AmeriVu properties and 9 Haven Hotel properties.
